Walaikum assalam wa rahmatullah,
What is in itself sought, to fulfill this sunna, is to perform dhikr after one’s obligatory Fajr prayer until sunrise.
The sunna is fulfilled for women at home, and even for those who walk while doing dhikr, according to major Hanafi scholars such as Mulla Ali al-Qari.
