Recitation Aloud in all Prayers?

When performing Namaz, is it to be aloud completely, or only when reciting the Sura (in Fajr, Magrib, Isha)? Are other forms of Namaz (Salatul Hajah, Istikhara, Tawbah) also recited aloud?
